Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Vitalité Health Network full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Mismanagement, Human Resources intimidation, great place to work until 2008.....changes in policies. Toxic work environment."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Vitalité Health Network full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Senior management keeps reinventing the organization every year with dangerously poor communication and minimal engagement of front line staff and physicians. The CEO wants to do the best but his leadership team is dead weight and want to micromanage everything. Leadership lacks credibility. Same senior managers in place for years showing no significant good results, so chances of improvement are slim. Most of middle level managers aren't equipped with a minimum of managerial skills and the organization does nothing to help them grow on this matter. Staff is over worked due to poor recruitment which is in part due to poor workplace environment. Middle lever managers and directors are also overworked. Drs and employees end up by loosing motivation and doing the minimum requested. Poor IT platform."
